Preparing
Every time you need to run tests please open a new Incognito browser window.
- Chrome: Control + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer: Control + Shift + P
- Edge: Control + Shift + P
- Firefox: Control + Shift + P
You should be logged out of the website.
Log into an existing account or create a new account
All of the patron accounts in TWEB have their logins modified where:
- Username = Patron ID
- Password = password
It's also fine to create new account when testing.
Entering Payment Information
Once you arrive on the payment page you can complete your transaction by:
Enter the test Visa card number: 4111111111111111 (as many ones that fit in the field!).
The name on the card, expiration date (which must be in the future) and CCV can all be made up.
Note: If you plan to run multiple tests on the same account, you will need to use the same name, expiration date and CCV. Otherwise you will get declined on subsequent orders. If this happens delete the credit cart record in Tessitura - Constituent - Transactions - Credit Cards.
