CONFERENCE ROOM & EVENT BOOKING REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Conference room & Event Bookings Calendars may be viewed in the public folders--please check availability prior to making your request!

  • All Public Folders
  • Conference Rooms and Event Booking Requests
    • Wilsey Large Conference Room [WLCR]
    • Wilsey Small Conference Room [WSCR—self booking]
    • WMOH 4th  Floor A [CRA]
    • WMOH 4th  Floor B [CRB]
    • WMOH 4th  Floor C [CRC]

  • All requests must be made via email to the Rehearsal Department at rehearsal@sfopera.com.
  • Once booked, you will receive a meeting invitation. Please review & then 'accept' as confirmation.
  • If you need to make any changes or cancel your booking you must refer to your original booking request email – not the Outlook calendar invite.

 

CONFERENCE ROOM INFORMATION:

  • All Conference Rooms are conference call / speaker-phone ready.  See links to instructions below.
  • Conference Rooms A & B (CRA & CRB) are both media friendly.  See links to media instructions below.
  • Conference C (CRC) availability is sporadic due to temporary office space assignments.
  • Wilsey Small Conference Room (WSCR) is self-booking and is on a first come first served basis.
  • The Rehearsal Department maintains/posts the WMOH Conference Room signage on a daily basis.
