• “Unable to connect because of security policy”
    • This is usually caused by Duo not getting an approval in a timely manner.
    • Remember that you need your phone in close proximity in order to log in and that the phone needs to be connected to the internet
    • Push notifications need to be enabled for Duo Push
  • Duo Push notifications not being received
    • Push notifications need to be enabled for Duo on the device 
    • Duo Push app not activated - Help Desk must re-send activation link
    • Device not connected to the internet
  • "Remote Desktop Unavailable"
    • A problem with connecting to the target computer (SFO desktop); desktop could be asleep or shut down
  • Popup warning regarding unknown or unverified certificate
    • This is a known issue; the certificate is valid and it’s safe to click affirmatively through it
