How to Turn Off Microsoft Teams from Launching at Startup

Once Microsoft Teams is installed on your computer, it will launch every time you log in to Windows.  To stop this behavior, do the following:

1. Right-click on the Task Bar (the black bar at the bottom of your screen) and choose Task Manager:

2.  You should see this:

3.  Click the Startup tab:

4.  Highlight Microsoft Teams and click the Disable button:

5.  That's it!  Close the Task Manager, and Microsoft Teams will no longer launch when you log in to Windows.
