When submitting issues to the Helpdesk, it's very helpful to send a screenshot so we can see the issue you're having.

Method 1: The easiest way to take a screenshot is to use the "Print Screen" button on your keyword.

1. Have the screen you want to take a screenshot of open on your monitor.

2. Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyword

3. Open up a new email message and press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot.

Method 2: Use the Snipping Tool application on your computer. This will allow you to take 

1. Search for Snipping Tool on your computer using the search box next to the start menu.

2. The Snipping Tool dialog box will appear. Click on 'New' to start.

3. A cursor will appear. Drag the cursor over the area you want to screenshot.

4. When you are done snipping, a dialog box will appear with the screenshot. You can save the image or press Ctrl+C to copy.

5. Open up a new email message and press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot (or attach the image if it was saved).
