San Francisco Opera has two methods of distributing critical information to staff in the event of a disaster or catastrophe.

Information will include status of the business / facilities, confirmed hours of operation (as well as departments required for recovery) following a disaster, and other event-specific instructions.

1)    Participate in the emergency notifications system, Emergency Communications Network, and you will be contacted directly with the latest notifications and instructions in the case of an emergency or disaster.

To participate, you will need to provide your alternate contact information here at http://goo.gl/forms/67xwAFDvJT.

This contact information will allow senior staff to reach you in case San Francisco Opera servers or network are down. You can choose a contact preference: voice message, email, text message or combination.

Your participation is optional. If you choose NOT to participate in the emergency notification system you will need to call the Disaster Employee Assistance Line (DEAL) for emergency notifications and instructions.

To opt-out, go to http://goo.gl/51X1GY

2)    Call the Disaster Employee Assistance Line (DEAL) at 855-595-8636 for the latest notifications and instructions.
