1. You should see this file on your desktop:

  1. Double-click on the file to launch it. This warning will popup:

  1. Click Yes. You will then see this message:

  1. Finally, close and re-open Outlook.

That’s it!  Now, any email you send from a Shared Mailbox will go into the Sent Items folder of the Shared Mailbox and not your own Sent Items.

You should delete that file from your desktop after performing these steps.
